A child’s place is confirmed once payment and completed registration details have been received.
Parents/carers must provide accurate medical, allergy, emergency contact and collection information before the session.
Ethereal Flow Kids reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to session content where needed for safety, weather, group needs or the wellbeing of the children attending.
Saturday Woodland Sessions take place at Gathering Glade, Stanmer Wellbeing Gardens, Stanmer Park.

Sessions are drop-off. Children must be signed in and collected promptly by a named adult.
Into the Woods Summer Club takes place at Stanmer Park / Stanmer Park Wellbeing Gardens, Brighton.

Children must bring a packed lunch, snacks and a named water bottle.
Bookings are confirmed once payment and registration details have been completed.
Sessions require minimum numbers to run. If minimum numbers are not met, families will be contacted and an alternative option or refund/credit will be offered where appropriate.
If you are unable to attend a booked session, Ethereal Flow Kids may offer a transfer to another available session where possible.
If Ethereal Flow Kids needs to cancel a session due to unsafe weather, minimum numbers, illness, operational reasons or other circumstances outside our control, families will be offered an alternative session, credit or refund where appropriate.
We always aim to give as much notice as possible if changes are required.
Sessions run in most suitable weather conditions.
Children should arrive dressed appropriately for outdoor woodland activity.
In the event of extreme or unsafe weather, families will be contacted and the session may be cancelled, rescheduled or adjusted.

Long sleeves and trousers are recommended for woodland sessions to reduce the risk of scratches and ticks.
All items should be clearly named.
Children should not attend if they are unwell, infectious or unable to take part safely.
Parents/carers must provide accurate medical, allergy and emergency contact information before attendance.
If a child becomes unwell during a session, parents/carers will be contacted using the emergency details provided.
Children’s safety and wellbeing are central to every Ethereal Flow Kids session.

Clear woodland safety boundaries are established at the start of sessions.
Children are always invited, never pressured, to participate. Emotional wellbeing is prioritised alongside physical safety.

Children are expected to follow agreed woodland safety guidelines so that sessions remain safe, calm and enjoyable for everyone.
Ethereal Flow Kids reserves the right to withdraw a child’s place if behaviour presents a persistent safety risk, following discussion with parents/carers.
Ethereal Flow Kids aims to be inclusive and welcoming where the setting is appropriate.
If your child has additional needs, anxiety, medical information or anything we should know before booking, please share this before attendance so Lucy can confirm whether the woodland environment and small-group structure are suitable and supportive.
