Mindfulness, creativity, nature, stories and play.

This rhythm helps children transition gently into the session, practise simple regulation tools, enjoy creative nature-based activities, and leave feeling calm and connected.

Saturday Woodland Wellbeing Club is designed for children aged 5–11 who enjoy nature, creativity, stories, mindfulness and imaginative play.
Children do not need any previous experience with mindfulness or breathwork. They simply come as they are.
Sessions take place in a small, nurturing group, with space for children to explore, create, connect and build confidence at their own pace. If your child has additional needs, anxiety, medical information or anything else you’d like me to know, you can share this on the booking form.
Perfect for children who love:
Nature and being outdoors
Creating and making
Stories and imagination
Calm, mindful moments
Exploring and discovering
Being part of a small, supportive group

Ethereal Flow Kids is created and led by Lucy Kelly, a qualified primary educator and former Head of Pre-Prep with over 13 years’ experience working with children.
Lucy brings warmth, creativity and a deep understanding of children to every session, creating a nurturing space where they can slow down, explore, build confidence and simply enjoy being themselves.
Places are limited to keep sessions calm, supportive and welcoming.
