Into the Woods Summer Club is for children aged 5–11 who are in Year 1 or above and able to take part independently in a small group setting.
Children do not need any previous experience with mindfulness, breathwork or outdoor wellbeing. They simply come as they are.
If your child has additional needs, anxiety, medical information or anything we should know before booking, please share this through the registration form or contact Lucy before booking so we can make sure the setting is appropriate and supportive.

Into the Woods Summer Club is led by Lucy Kelly — qualified primary educator, former Head of Pre-Prep and founder of Ethereal Flow Kids.
